We do not offer trial classes for any group, private, semi-private or camp classes.
We do, however, have a specific refund policy, which provides a similar option. You can enroll for the session, and if for some reason your child does not take to the class, you have until the 2nd class to withdraw and receive a full prorated refund or credit.
Our policy is structured as young children in a new environment, often take a couple of classes to get used to the sport, the other children, the coach and the surroundings. For example: If your child’s 2nd class is on Monday, you must notify us up until the start of the 2nd class (not after the 2nd class has begun on Monday), if you no longer want your child to continue. You will then receive a prorated refund or credit, only paying for the two classes your child attended. The prorated refund will be sent via email and deducted from the credit card the registration was placed under.

Group Classes
At ProsToYou Tennis, we can’t control the weather—but we can make sure you never miss out!
If a class is canceled, participants will have the option to make up the session at their home club or another local partner club.
Make-up requests must be used within the same season in which the participant is registered. These make-ups may be used for any reason, including weather-related or personal absences.
We’ll make every reasonable effort to provide advance notice of cancellations via the email address provided at registration. Notices may be sent up to 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
Occasionally, a courtside decision may be made if rain begins at the start or during class. For example, if it starts raining at 7:00 p.m. (the class start time), the cancellation will occur on the spot.
Please check your email daily for inclement weather updates to ensure our messages don’t end up in your spam folder.
Weather updates are also posted on our website homepage in the Weather Alert Bar.
It is at the discretion of ProsToYou Tennis whether a class is held or canceled. This decision may be based on weather forecasts as well as current conditions.
Classes will be canceled if poor weather continues two hours before the start time.
Example: If class begins at 3:00 p.m. and it’s still raining at 1:00 p.m., we will cancel and notify participants. However, if the rain stops by 12:00 p.m. and conditions improve, class will proceed as scheduled and no notice will be sent.
If a class is canceled due to weather, your make-up credit will apply to that session and must be used during the same season.
ProsToYou will not hold outdoor classes when the temperature is below 40°F. If the temperature is around 40°F, class status will be determined at the coach’s discretion. Players will receive an email update at least one hour before the scheduled start time.
Make-Up Requests
If you are attending a class as a result of a previous rainout, please note:
Updates will be posted on the homepage Weather Alert Bar.
Individual notifications will not be sent for specific make-up requests.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
Refunds for any type class can only be given before the 2nd scheduled class. In this case, only the classes that have been held up to that date will be charged. For example: for an 8 week session class, you have to request a refund before the start of the 2nd week of class.
CONSOLIDATION PROCESS:
ProsToYou reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment (less than 4 players). Cancellation decisions are made one week before the start of classes in the new session.
When possible, ProsToYou will suggest and consolidate classes at either your original location or a location nearby. If this is not possible, the class will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the registrant.
Credits will no longer be offered for class cancellations or make up requests.
